Did You Know The Y Does Birthday Parties?

Imagine planning a birthday party where you don’t have to do any of the work and everyone has a great time in a safe, nurturing environment!  The Beatrice Y has raised the bar on parties!  We now offer LASER TAG, bounce house parties, swim parties, gym parties, and combination swim and bounce house parties.

All parties are limited to 20 people (kids and adults); there will be an additional $3/per person charge if going over 20. All parties will come with a private room for items brought in (gifts, cake, etc.) and are limited to 2 hours with the exception of Private Swim Combo parties (these are 2.5 hrs). Contact Shely Bauman at [email protected] to see if the date/time you’d like is available.  All parties must be booked and a deposit ($30) made at least 2 weeks in advance of the party date, with the remaining balance due at least 48 hours before the party. BIRTHDAY PARTY OPTIONS:

  • Swim Parties: Swim Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the
    water – no exceptions. These hours are during YMCA open swim hours, so there is the possibility of others being in the water during your party. We recommend 1 hour in the pool/1 hour in the room for gifts, etc. $150                               

 *From Memorial Day to Labor Day the pool is closed on Sundays and this becomes a private party; the cost is $200.

  • Private Swim Parties: Private Swim Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.. An adult in the water must accompany all children under the age of 8 – no exceptions. We recommend 1 hour in the pool/1 hour in the room for gifts, etc. $200
  • Gym Parties: (Half Gym) Gym Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can bring in your own activities or purchase ala carte items to use during your Gym Parties. $75
  • Bounce House Parties: Bounce House Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The bounce house will be in the Mini Gym; the gifts, etc will be in the Pool Viewing room. $200
  • Bounce House + Laser Tag OR Nerf Gun Parties:
    Bounce House Combo Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The bounce house will be in the Mini Gym; the gifts, etc will be in the Pool Viewing room. $275
  • Private Swim/Bounce House Parties: These parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The party will jump first, then enjoy the pool. The time allotted for the party allows 1 hour of private swim with a lifeguard, 1 hour bounce in the mini gym, and 30 minutes in the Pool Viewing room for gifts, etc. $275
  • Laser Tag Parties: Laser Tag is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have 16 guns available for Laser Tag and will charge $3 extra per child over 16. $125
  • Nerf Gun Parties: Nerf Gun Parties are offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We will supply the basic bullets; you bring the Nerf guns. $125
  • Ala Carte Items:  volleyball nets (Gym Party Only) ($25), scooters ($5), and popcorn machine ($15)
