Birthday Parties at the Y

Did You Know The Y Does Birthday Parties?

Imagine planning a birthday party where you don’t have to do any of the work and everyone has a great time in a safe, nurturing environment!  The Beatrice Y has raised the bar on parties!  We now offer LASER TAG, bounce house parties, swim parties, gym parties, and combination swim and bounce house parties.

All parties are limited to 20 people (kids and adults); there will be an additional $3/per person charge if going over 20. All parties will come with a private room for items brought in (gifts, cake, etc.). Contact the front desk to see if the date/time you’d like is available and pay the $30 deposit. All parties must be booked and a deposit made at least 2 weeks in advance of the party date with the remaining balance due at least 48 hours before the party. Shely Bauman, Birthday Party Coordinator, will get back to you to finalize details once you have reserved the date with the front desk.

BIRTHDAY PARTY OPTIONS:

  • Swim Parties: offered on Saturdays from 1 – 3 pm or Sundays from 2 – 4 pm*. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the water – no exception. These hours are during YMCA open swim hours, so there is the possibility of others being in the water during your party. We recommend 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour in the room for gifts, etc.  $150                                                                                               *From Memorial Day to Labor Day the pool is closed on Sundays and this becomes a private party; the cost is $200.
  • Private Swim Parties: offered on Fridays from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 4 -6 pm, and Sundays from 4 – 6 pm. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the water – no exception. We recommend 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour in the room for gifts, etc. $200
  • Gym Parties: Half of the main gym is offered on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm, Saturdays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, Sundays from 1 – 3 pm, or Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. You can bring in your own activities or purchase ala carte items to use during your gym parties. $75
  • Bounce House Parties: offered on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm, Saturdays from 3 – 5 pm, or Sundays from 3:30 – 5:40 pm. The bounce house will be in the mini Gym; the gifts, etc will be in the Before/After Schoolroom. $200
  • Bounce House + Laser Tag OR Nerf Gun Parties:
    Bounce House Parties are offered on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm, Saturdays from 3 – 5 pm, and Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. The bounce house will be in the Mini Gym; the gifts, etc will be in the Before/After School room. $275
  • Private Swim/Bounce House Parties: offered on Fridays from 7 – 8:30 pm, Saturdays from 2:30 – 5 pm, or Sundays from 2:30  – 5 pm. The party will bounce first, then enjoy the pool. Time allotted for the party allows 1 hour of private swim with a lifeguard, 1 hour of bounce in the Mini-Gym, and 30 minutes in the Before/After Schoolroom. for gifts, etc. $275
  • Laser Tag Parties: offered on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm, Saturdays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, and Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. We have 16 guns available for Laser Tag and will charge $3 extra per child over 16 (headcount). $125
  • Nerf Gun Parties: offered on Fridays from 6 – 8 pm, Saturdays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, and Sundays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. We will provide the basic Nerf Gun bullets; you provide the Nerf Guns. $125
  • Ala Carte Items:  volleyball nets ($25), scooters ($5), and popcorn machine ($15)
